Fintiri declares 3-day mourning in Honour  of Late Hama Bachama

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has declared a 3-Day Mourning period in the state in honour of the late Honest Irmiya Stephen, Kwire Mana Kwafrato II. Known as Hama Bachama, a first class chief.

In a press release Sunday, signed by the press secretary to the governor, Mr. Humwashi Wonosikou, governor Fintiri “consequently directed that flags be flown at half mast beginning from work hours tomorrow till Wednesday in memory of the Departed Monarch who  passed on Sunday.

“The three Day mourning period takes effect from Monday June 29th 2020 across the state.”
