Sen Abbo Commiserates With NUJ Over The Demise Of AbdulAziz The Legendary Journalist

Sen Ishaku Abbo, the lawmaker representing northern senatorial district of Adamawa state, Northeast Nigeria has commiserated with the Nigeria Union of Journalists over the death of Ibrahim AbdulAziz, one of her versatile and hard-working members.

Ibrahim AbdulAziz was with Voice of America Hausa service reporting from Adamawa and Taraba states, He was the publisher Adamawa Time online, co-publisher News Hawk online and Voice of Arewa, the newest online radio/TV.

According to Abbo, due to his influence on society, he was saddened by the sudden death of Ibrahim Abdul-Azeez that he described as a great loss to the pen profession and the state in general.

The lawmaker said the deceased left a legacy in his chosen profession through the creation of various programmes and publications that added value to humanity.

“I pray God to give him eternal rest. I also pray that Allah would grant his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”, Abbo prayed.
