The governing council of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management IBDFM, has entered into the media and publicity pact with the Periscope Global Publishers, the Newshawk, Daily Hint and other media with global coverage and interest in business diplomacy and financial management.
Speaking to newsmen in Abuja Nigeria after the meeting Saturday, Mr. Danjuma Sukana Tusha Fellow member and secretary of the Institute, described the pact as a welcomed development, nothing that the performance of an organisation and/or institution would be incomplete without adequate publicity.
“Public Relations and media relations, are essential pillars in every campaign and for every organisation to package and market its activities,” Sukana said.
Sukana observed that the meeting with the publishers, was coordinated by Ambassador Adamu Muhammad Dodo a fellow and Member governing council of the Institute.
“AmbP. Adamu Muhammad Dodo is an expert in public relations and a lead founder of the Periscope Global Publishers, operating as mainstream and online investigative media.
Dodo is a unique Fellow and member governing council of the Institute. He’s also the Director External Relations of Institute and the dchairman of the Local Organising Committee of the IBDFM investiture/induction and mandatory continuing professional development programme scheduled to hold at Yola, Adamawa state on Thursday, 22nd November, 2018.
Mohammed Ismail is the publisher of the Newshawk, while Comrade Haruna Yusuf is the publisher of the Daily Hint, both are online media that are based here in Abuja having their correspondences spread across the country,” Sukana said.
The Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management IBDFM is a non-profit and research institution, established and registered as a professional body in line with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990 with the approval of the federal ministry of education and the federal ministry of justice.
The institute is committed to enhancing the professional knowledge and skills of its members in all aspects of administration, business, finance, accounting, economics and management and is recognised as one of the nation’s most prestigious provider of pragmatic, cost-effective training in administrative, finance, banking, commerce, supervisory and management skills.
IBDFM has the mission to prepare specialised professionals who understand the mechanics of business diplomacy, international negotiation and global finance for positions of leadership and influence.
That having acquired knowledge and skills from internationalised standard program, IBDFM members would be able to perform their services professionally.
Sukana explained that the membership grades for the IBDFM consisted of: Graduate, Associate, Full Member, Senior Member and Fellow or Fellowship.
Speaking on behalf of the publishers, Comrade Haruna Yusuf the Daily Hint publisher, assured adequate publicity of the activities of IBDFM without any prompting, once invited.
Daily Hint’s Haruna Yusuf and the Newshawk’s Mohammed Ismail would be inducted as Fellow members of the IBDFM at Yola Adamawa state on Thursday, November 22nd, 2018.
