Could Bindow respond to sermon?
The governor has ignored the court order about four months ago, which directed that he should approve Barr. Mahmud Abubabar as the legitimate District Head of Jalingo-Maiha District of Maiha LGA, Adamawa state, Nigeria.
Jalingo-Maiha district is currently without it’s traditional head, courtesy of the governor’s non compliance to court order.
“Speaker?” Salisu Buhari was the first to go down when Toronto totally disclaimed him of having any of their certificates. Salisu Buhari was eventually silently buried politically.
Other cases of certificate anomalies followed and were treated based on the interests at their times.
The current issue that has attracted the Periscope Global Publishers, is the alleged certificate forgery credited to governor Muhammad Umaru Jibrilla Bindow of Adamawa state.
The case is before the competent court of law where Bindow was requested to respond to sermon.
No one would be willing to make any comment on the issue at hand, not to be trapped into the contempt of court. The Periscope Investigate would love to hear from Bindow whether or not the governor would respond to sermon in defence of the alleged certificate forgery, against another contempt of court.
Two candidates; Umar Mohammed Jibrillah Bindo and Dalyop Pam Dong Rim shared same examination number: 20623055 from the same examination centre; Government Secondary School Miango, bearing the same examination date; May/June,1983.
Even though, it was the same examination; GCE O/L of the West African Examination Council WAEC, the results credited to the contentious duo were different. Making an established suspicious case of forgery.
Who’s the forger between the duo? Who are those in complacency to the corruption in education?
These were among the posers, the court of competent tribunal would find out.
If governor Bindo was eventually found guilty as charged, would not only not join the gubernatorial race for 2019, he could also no longer be considered as a one time senator and/or a one time governor.
Should this happened, could he respond to or he would ignore, as he did the court order relating the legitimacy of the monarchy in Maiha and continue as governor and contest for continuity.
This is what Bindow must fight to win. It would be devastating for a governor to be found of such corrupt allegation, especially when in his government “transparency or corruption is zero level,”as he said.
Hard to explain how transparency and corruption would both be at zero level when one is the direct opposite of the other, right?
What seems amazing to me is how the contentious duo suspected of certificate forgery were able to defeat the conscience of WAEC to “register them” bearing four names:
