Bindow Swears In Gamsa As Commissioner

The Governor of Adamawa State, Sen Mohammed Umar Jibrilla, has sworn in a Dr John Ngamsa, as a Commissioner.

Dr Ngamsa a university Don was administered to an oath of office and oath of allegiance Wednesday at the Government House Council Chamber.

In a short remark, Sen Jibrilla admonished Dr Ngamsa to live above board, describing his appointment as, “well deserved”, because according to him, “Dr Ngamsa is coming back to a familier ground having been a commissioner in the past”.

Responding, Dr Ngamsa pledged his loyalty to the administration of Governor Mohammed Umaru Jibrilla.
