Adamawa Supplementary polls: Judge sends journalists, others out of court room
An Adamawa high court judge, Justice Abdulaziz Waziri, has asked journalists to leave the court room as session in a suit filed by Eric Theman of MRDD challenging the non inclusion of his party logo in the recent gubernatorial election that was declared inconclusive begins.
The judge also asked all other persons to leave the court room in order to give space for lawyers to occupy the seats due to dearth of space.
He asked civilians, journalists and “any name you call yourself”, including lawyers who are not well kitted to leave the premises.
