Kano joins UAE in prohibiting (Amajiri) Kid begging

Kano state government has finally officially reformed the Almajiri system by interesting the tsangaya with secular schools
To be able to to facilitate the integration, governor Ganduje of Kano has released the sum of N2.5bn for 11,000 Integrated Tsangaya schools and 3,000 new secular teachers in a celebration Tuesday, witnessed by the representatives of Saudi Arabia, UAE, scholars and stakeholders in Kano.
Kano has finally joined the United Arab Emirate in prohibiting Kid Begging under the guise of searching for knowledge.
