Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri appreciated the support and sympathy shown to him and the entire family for the irreparable loss of their Mother.
In a press release signed by the Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Humwashi Wonosikou, the governor said that the appreciation was unquantifiable.
“Thank you for your kind condolences and sharing in the grief of my late mum’s passage. She lived a happy life and I shall miss her dearly; her wonderful memories and kind words helped lift my spirit.
“Particularly we appreciate the show of love by the Commander-In-Chief President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar GCON, the Nigerian Governors Forum, The PDP Governors Forum, individual Brother Governors who sent in their condolences, as well as members of the National and State Assemblies. Specially we appreciate the love and concern, of the Bauchi State Governor Mohammed Bala who personally visited to condole with me, the government and the good people of the State.
“Others are members of the Adamawa State Executive Council, Council Chairmen, the Adamawa Muslim Council, the Christian Association of Nigeria, the Traditional Institution, Associations and Groups.
“Thank you so much for standing by us at this trying moment and for the thoughtfulness, and love we have been shown during our time of loss”

“The family would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation and pray that Allah rewards your good deeds,” Fintiri said.
