COVID-19: Enforcement of  Restriction Orders

The Adamawa State Police Command, acting on the directives for the partial lockdown and the national curfew said it has commenced full enforcement of the restriction order.

In a press release signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Suleiman Yahya Nguroje, the command said that “all those rendering essential services, including Medical Personnel, Firefighters, Ambulance Services, Journalists, etc are exempted from the restriction of movement associated with the partial lockdown and the national curfew across the state.

“The Commissioner of Police, CP OLUGBENGA ADEYANJU fdc, has therefore directed all Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers and Operational Commands to give effect to these exemptions whilst enforcing the restriction order.

“The command further advices the essential service personnel to always take the pains of introducing themselves to the security personnel they may come across whilst enforcing the restriction orders.
