The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has dissolved all state, zonal and national structures of the party at the emergency virtual meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the governing All Progressive Congress (APC) at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
It could be recalled that the party had scheduled a meeting at the end of November to review its position and decide on its next course of action in relation to its national leadership.
The National Chairman of the Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the Party and Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, led the meeting with other members of the NEC Party, including President Muhammadu Buhari. The President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives are physically present.
The Governors of the Parties, led by the Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF) and Yobe State Governor, Atiku Bagudu, are all physically present
