* The executive undue delay in honouring court order; approving the appointment of Mahmud Abubakar as the legitimate district head, over 8 months after the appeal court judgement, contributed to the contempt of court, is contributing to the move aim reducing Jalingo-Maiha to a republic of anarchy
The Periscope reporter
The chairman Maiha local government, northern senatorial distinct, Adamawa state, northeast Nigeria was attending the flyover commissioning in Yola, he was invited along with the rest of the LG chairmen among other dignitaries, the same Saturday slated for a seeming mischievous fictional book launch of deception for dissention and anarchy in Jalingo-Maiha, the headquarters of Maiha local government.
The families of Mr. Yahya Daniel Hudu, invited people for the launching of what can be considered as their fictional narrativisation in book form, an obnoxiously falsified history they titled: History, Culture and Social Transformation Of Nzanyi People.
The mischievous handwork of the misfit, which clearly depicts uncritical, far from being considered as being creative for any reference; scheme of the chronic-know-nothing about anything related to Maiha, was earlier scheduled for launching on February 19, 2019 at Maiha local government secretariat, as the Periscope publication of January 24, 2019 can reveal.
Having had the then executive unconscious biased window opening, the Bindow led government, traditional rulers of Numan and Demsa chiefdoms were among the dignitaries invited.
Mubi Emirate Council, the district heads of Mbilla and Pakka in addition to Sorau and Belel, were by every sense of mediocrity, excluded from the list of the invitated.
“However, the invitation, as an end in itself, has renounced the credibility of the book for considering ‘Alh. Idris Wakili Usman Shehu’ as the district head of Jalingo-Maiha.
“An impostor whose romance with the contempt of court order is nourished with impunity by the vehement refusal of the then Governor Bindow to honour the Court order; to approve the appointment of Barr. Mahmud Abubakar Suleiman as the legitimate district head of Jalingo-Maiha.
“Bindow, for unfathomable reason, would not sign the court granted approval, part of what resulted in his 2019 humiliating defeat at the poll to be the first governor never to succeed himself for the second tenure and the second governor, claiming to be indigene of Maiha local government, invoked anarchy to the monarchy in Jalingo-Maiha, never to remain politically relevant; to win any ekection any longer.
“There was a hearing at the court of appeal sitting in Yola and the ruling was said to have been slated for Tuesday January 29, 2019.
“The question that is remained to be asked is; what gives the families of Mr. Yahya Daniel, the ground to be in romance with the contempt of court, thereby dressing their host; Idi in borrowed robes as district head of Jalingo-Maiha?
It seems that the families of Mr. Yahya Daniel are technically, preempting the February judgement of a case before the court of appeal against the the jury, as much as they are fantastically, in tune with the contempt of court
“It technically, suffices that whoever honours the invitation to the book launch, is in intercourse with the contempt of court and has signed in to the obnoxious falsification, the fictional elaboration, in folktale form, of the Nzany history and transmission” a literary critic remarked.
The district heads of Mbilla and Pakka are, by the invitation, technically schemed out of the programme of event and perhaps, the programme in proper.
“Monarchy in Maiha must get out of the maze,” the Periscope has reported.
Two years later, long after the appeal court judgement, taking advantage of the executive undue delay in honouring court order, the book launch, that hitherto failed to see the light of day was reintroduced, contributory to the scheme aimed at anarchy against the monarchy in Jalingo-Maiha
The book launch held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 has only but exposed the desperateness of the defeated, the daftness of the author, the sponsors and the unimpressive population of those who honoured the invitation
