The Doubeli Ward officials of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Yola North local government area of Adamawa have expelled one Uba Dan-Arewa over gross anti-party activities, which include treasonable diatribe against the Vice President-Elect, Senator Kashim Shettima.
The Yola North assistant secretary of the party, comrade Usman Mohammed Gidado, has in a press conference said 26 of the 29 officials from the Ward and Local Government levels have appended their signatures expelling Dan-Arewa, bereft of the Arewa spirit .
Gidado said Dan-Arewa in a stylish Dan-Arewa act, has grossly crossed the party red line, which is intolerable, his apparent ‘PDP-nated’ skin.
Gidado revealed that Dan-Arewa failed to justify his actions and utterance so inimical to the unity, progress and integrity of the party namely, attacking the Vice President-Elect, Senator Kashim Shettima as worthless whose heavyweight lies only in fueling crisis in Adamawa APC, the act enough for the President-elect to trust him like a fox, lest he overthrows him, anti-party, disloyalty and backstabbing of some critical party stakeholders and senior members.
“After cross-checking all facts on the ground and thoroughly investigating all allegations, we have discovered that Uba Dan-Arewa has undoubtedly committed offenses that breach our party’s constitution, hence we are expelling him from the APC,” Gidado said.
Dan-Arewa whose dan-aware overdo is being disowned by the personality he seemed to be supporting, now left alone to carry his cross, could not be reached by our correspondent for a response as at the time of the press.
