Newsmen sought to know my take among other issues on who’s the next Senator for the Adamawa central in the 10th national assembly after the amazing amazon Binani?
“Next question please,” I responded. The response seemed to the newsmen to be humiliating and embarrassing. I’m pleased to notice it as there was no further question. This must be answered before the next.
“It’s simply obvious that Senator AbdulAziz Murtala Hammanyero Nyako the Commodore in Naval training and strategic planning in politics is calmly waiting for the time, I responded with a smile.
The newsmen would want an elaboration, referring to my piece, some weeks previously, prior to the party primaries, with the heading, Adamawa Central Senatorial District: “From Nyako To Binani, To Nyako”; whether or not there’s a shift in the political permutation, in my projection, in the general perspective, forcing an opinion; pointing out that the ruling party in the state has produced a speaker for a senate seat.
There’s not a change in the projection as there’s not a chance for the opposition in the senate seat for the Adamawa central. The seat is meant for credible capable, competent and principled personalities who would think healthcare in a hospitable atmosphere, quality education with adequate, qualified and well trained teachers, justice fairness for all, respect for the rule of law, equality before the law, fundamental human rights and the courts of law in a democratic setting without the led registering their grievances of apparent shortchange by the executive inability to control unconscious bias, skills acquisition programmes aimed at empowering youths and women towards self-reliance, as a means of boosting revenue generation to the state, social welfare scheme programme with a view to addressing youth restiveness and other insecurity challenges associated with idleness, provision of portable water having been blessed with River Benue passing through the state first before considering building bridges over dry land when other washed away bridges in other parts of the state, desirous of attention are ignored and giving a deep thought consideration on the effects of loan to execute projects at the centre while the masses in the rural area suffer neglect.
Nyako Jnr is truly indefatigable and unmatched, the contest is simply a walker considering his degree of knowledge, wealth of experience, effective and efficient representation and technocratic philanthropy as a philosophy of senatorial success.
He was the best Senator from Adamawa in the 8th national assembly, awarded by the Periscope Global Publishers, before joining the 2019 governorship race, while Sen Binani took over.
Binani in turn is the best Senator from Adamawa in the 9th national assembly. She’s currently successfully moving like a tsunami to the governorship seat, technically handing over the senatorial seat to Sen Nyako for a change in the spirit of continuity.
The unmatched Nyako Jnr is now calmly waiting for the time indeed. He’s my candidate for the central senatorial district.
