…Will the Fintiri campaign train be accorded the Madinah in Maiha Ansari reception model?
…Like the Binani’s, Fintiri campaign train will first visit Belel, it is said that the district and ward heads in the area are commissioned to mobilise supporters rather than genuine generic ones, how effective will the task get to be accomplished?
…What happens to the N9 billion allocated for the completion of Pella-Maiha Road started by Nyako, abandoned by Bindow, as approved at the state executive council meeting in August 2021?
…What happens to the N56 million supervision consultancy fee meant to ensure quality and quick completion of the road project, after close to one year and six months nothing speedy, nothing supervisory about the project? Have the funds gone down the drain?
…Shouldn’t the over N56 million have been utilised for water, roads, schools rehabilitation or hospital expansion or any needed people oriented project in the local government area?
…Why does governor Fintiri, like his brother Bindow refuse to honour multiple court orders, including the mandatory injunction compelling the state governor to approve the appointment of the District Head of Jalingo-Maiha? Could the sentiment that frustrated the appointment, the same way it did result in the refusal to visit the local government after the swearing in, be explained?
…Will former governor Bindow join the PDP’s sitting governor Fintiri campaign train to the northern senatorial district for campaign, the same way former governor Nyako in the southern senatorial district, and for governor Bala Ngilari in the northern senatorial zone, stand with the Governor-In-Waiting, the APC’s Binani, as the amazing amazon is by President Muhammadu Buhari being referred to?
…What will be the position of the former governor Boni Haruna in the Fintiri campaign train to the northern zone to seek for reelection?
…Isn’t it shameful to pay a campaign visit to the neglected, ignored, abandoned forgotten and denied local government, why the visit now not then? Would it not amount to adding insult upon injury?
…Will Fintiri in Belel be commended for the flyovers in Yola, for the last minutes assurance to pay 30 minimum wage for teachers in primary schools, primary healthcare workers and staff with local government even without 4 years arrears to that effect and the planned last minutes employments and appointments?
Finally, the Adamawa State Governor, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, a.k.a ATM – after the unlawful impeachment of Nyako – a.k.a Fresh Air – after Bindow’s defeat, said to be orchestrated by the aggrieved elites of the APC – the PDP governorship candidate will eventually visit Maiha local government for the first time throughout his tenure, barely at the end of his four-year tenure.
The visit to Maiha isn’t for the community purposes to flag off or to commission completed projects, because there is none. It is purely personal; to solicit for mandate, a support to run another four-year tenure, because the previous limit could not cover Maiha local government area.
Maiha is the lone local government in the state that governor Fintiri has not visited after the 2019 general elections, the same way former governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla, a.k.a Bindow failed to visit after the 2015 general elections, to this day, even though he is reported by indegenship to acknowledge paternity with the same Maiha he failed to provide for his kinship social amenities other than the attempt to let anarchy determine the lifestyle of the peace loving, peace living community by interfering in matters rather negatively, relating to the monarchy in Jalingo-Maiha, the headquarters of Maiha local government, which lingers to this day, even after multiple court judgments have determined the legitimacy of the aristocracy and the nobility of the district, the state governor would not approve the appointment of the District Head.
The road to Maiha through Pella, which perhaps the governor Fintiri campaign train will eventually follow, has been reallocated N9 billion after the N3 billion initially allocated before being abandoned at approximately 40% completion state, and another N56 million supervision consultancy fee to ensure quality construction and quick completion of the road project as approved in August, 2021, it is however to this day uncompleted.
A sage in Maiha said “tomorrow will tell; a befitting payback time”.
