The pioneer chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Malam Nuhu Ribadu has extended felicitations to the Muslim Ummah for witnessing another Eid-el Fitri festival.
Ribadu urged Muslims to uphold the spirit of sacrifice, dedication, loyalty and perseverance that are embedded in the month long spiritual exercise.
“I urge Muslims to continue to reflect on the lessons of the tasking spiritual exercise meant to inculcate perseverance, dedication, spirit of give and take and the surfeit moral precepts of the highly rewarding spiritual exercise.
“This is a period that all the Muslim Ummah should strengthen the bond of cooperation, unity and submission to the will of Allah the most high.
“I want to also use this opportunity to urge our brothers and sisters not to relent in their prayers for solutions to the myriads of challenges dogging this nation.
