The member representing Ganye, Toungo, Mayo-Belwa and Jada federal constituency in the house of representatives, Hon. Abdulrazak Namdas has on Tuesday flagged off the distribution of 3,000 bags of fertilisers to his constituents to promote bumper harvest.
The fertilizer would be distributed across the four local governments of Mayo-Belwa, Ganye, Jada and Toungo by committees constituted by the lawmaker.
Namdas, who thanked his constituents for voting him twice as their representative in the green chambers, promised to continue to provide dividends of democracy to the people till his last day in office.
Namdas also called on the electorates to support Tinubu/Shettima ticket and accord the gubernatorial candidate of the party in the state, Sen Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed, a.k.a Binani and other credible candidates of the party maximum support.
He called on his teeming supporters to drop any bitterness as a result of his defeat, which he accepted in good faith as a true democrat, promising to work tirelessly to ensure the victory of the APC candidate.
The lawmaker has called on christians to support the Tinubu/Shettima ticket, noting that it is not meant to spite or discriminate against any faith.
In his speech, the party chairman of APC in Ganye local government, Adamu Gombe, lauded the timely distribution of the fertilizers to the farmers, saying they should judiciously use it for farming purposes.
