…Even the state governor himself, though a PDP candidate, has declared that APC’s Namdas is the best lawmaker from Adamawa, suffices to say that the candidate(s) so endorsed by Hon Namdas, in the consideration of the state governor’s performance index, should need to have an overwhelming support, an endorsement blessings and credibility trust…
…Winning Toungo votes is synonymous with victory in the general polls in Adamawa. Toungo is APC stronghold, no shaking to Dougirei Hill, in spite of the said state electricity story, with the essence of the federal presence as assented and the impact of the tested and trusted lawmakers…
It isn’t any longer about the Adamawa state sitting governor, even though the immediate past governor – that the present humiliated at the 2019 state polls and descriptively tongue lashed, in more of a collective metaphor, dressing him as harbinger of retrogression that reduced the state to the obscene state of developmental disrepute he inherited and is working rather arduously to deodorize the miasma of misgovernance, to fine tune the narrative for a Fintirinated fresh air – has joined in ally, deploying the proxy for the anticipated antiparty, with, to instill the sitting governor, his former deputy who is not to join the considered uncritical thinking alliance, is not only a native of the Chiefdom, he is the state coordinator of the APC Presidential Campaign Council.
It is about challenging the political strength of the PDP residential candidate, His Excellency the former vice president Atiku Abubakar, the Waziri Adamawa, a bona-fide native of the Ganye Chiefdom.
For the governorship candidate, it is already a walkover in Ganye Chiefdom, exemplified by the overwhelming generic supporters. Reasons among which is that the Chiefdom lives in peace with mutual harmony devoid of religious sentiment as a deceptive device for a divide and with impunity, rudely rule.
The antagonists to the “Sai Matan Nan” phenomenon, described as “Binani Tsunami”, insinuated that they have succeeded in creating a rather magnificent electrified barbwire barrier, a necessary antipathy between Namdas and Binani for a hitch free antiparty, simply to undermine the Binani’s all inclusive call for a united force to maintain the presidential seat and reclaim the governorship and other legislative positions that were ceded to the opposition PDP, owing to the cracked wall she is championing to mend.
The insinuation is put to a humiliating shame when Hon Namdas, with a unity spirit, presented himself before his constituents to declare unflinching solidarity to the APC call for a win to good governance.
Even the sitting state governor himself, though a PDP candidate, has declared that APC’s Namdas is the best lawmaker from Adamawa, suffices to say that the candidate(s) so endorsed by Namdas, in the consideration of the state governor’s performance index, should need to have an overwhelming support, an endorsement blessings, a credibility trust.
Hon Namdas has had the grip of his constituents, he was not only at Toungo to present his sister and colleague as a one term but two-tenure governor, after which he said, he would plead with her deputy to let him take over for another eight years tenure to Dougirei Hill.
Joining the popular call, Namdas campaign is for the 2023 APC reign from top to bottom; a rejuvenation of SAK for good governance.
Binani was full of praises, no exaggeration and empty promises. Her political manifesto for the state with that of the APC as harmonized, is clear, getting the state out of the maze, which is easily achievable having the APC candidates at the presidential, governorship and the entire legislative levels.
It is the redemption call, sings melody to the ears of the constituents of Toungo whose tongues could only but pick the tune and turn to the tone of the thought for good governance.
The electorates interviewed at the APC rally in Toungo local government said they were impressed with the coming of the amazing amazon, the Governor-In-Waiting with other Legislators-In-Waiting from the Ganye Chiefdom and indeed the southern senatorial district.
“We’ve been waiting since in the morning in anticipation of the Binani campaign train, we acknowledge the fact around her popularity; how the well wishers would have to delay her for a blessing right from Ngurore, Mayo-Belwa down to Jada, the towns between and Ganye, the headquarters of our Chiefdom before getting here. Our patient is summarily a delight, a projection of a fruitful future in God’s name.
“We shall surely hearken to President Muhammadu Buhari’s call as reechoed by our amiable lawmaker, Hon Abdurrazak Saad Namdas; to join in making history and reap the benefits by electing the first competent, capable, courageous and compassionate female governor in the country.
“To also ensure that we clear her path for the smooth and good governance by returning the APC president in Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in addition ensuring that APC candidates win the entire legislative seats with a view to addressing challenges associated with conflict of opposing interests,” the electorates in Toungo would in their individuation, collectively put.
When asked where they wished the Governor-In-Waiting Binani’s swearing-in to take place on May 29, between Muhammadu Buhari Square and Mahmud Ribadu Square, they joined the opinion that President Muhammadu Buhari should simply be honoured for the mother of all swearing-in, having a daughter and sister as mother as a state governor in Adamawa. A history under whose regime, President Muhammadu Buhari is about to make.
