“He is reported to have said that our constituency didn’t vote for him during the previous elections he gained victory by God’s grace that his pact was with only those who supported him to victory, why is he now coming to us, when those he claimed were his source of success, even without campaign could refresh for him the mandate?”
Above was the response of the aggrieved electorates who were subjected to the arrogant though off-the-point alienation for the period within which the elected would disregard everything about them. This is explained as injurious injustice in leadership.
Definition of a successful leader is given as he who is for nobody but for everybody irrespective of political party affiliation, philosophy inclination, tribe and religion. One in a position of authority who would effectively manage unconscious bias to carry everybody along with fairness and justice rather efficiently.
The conscious community, going by the popular comments, did not see a worthy leader for a reelection in him who hitherto lambasted her people for failing to surrender their mandate as claimed, hence dismissed with heinous neglect.
“Now he’s back shamelessly to recognise our impact previously snubbed, and in fact, speaking the tongue that is ours detested but in a manner far beyond the realm of our acceptability.
“He should of course be reminded that the immaterial votes from the insignificant constituency ignored, is honoured by another humble not fumbled, calm, courageous and compassionate candidate, whose campaign train accommodates both the good, the bad and the ugly as electorates who should be treated with justice and fairness,” the electorates would with fury fume.
