Police in Adamawa State have arrested a 32 year old man, Joseph Nwakibe, accused of bank fraud where he was found in the possession of 10 ATM cards bearing different names. The press release Friday, issued by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje revealed that the operatives had apprehended the man while on surveillance on November 8, 2022.
