The Nigerian Air Force Commander 153839 Yola, Adamawa state, Air Commodore A.L. Bakwat having congratulated the management and staff of Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital, MAUTH Yola for the hospital’s upgrade has during the courtesy visit, commended the Chief Medical Director, CMD, of the hospital, Prof Auwal Muhammad Abubakar for the hospital expansion, facility upgrade and the medical breakthroughs recoded in the hospital. The separation of the conjoined twins have been of most significant mention.
The NAF Commander has called for continued collaboration professionally and in terms of corporate social responsibility.
Prof Auwal Abubakar having thanked the NAF Commander and entourage for the visit has commended the role played by the NAF in conveying the conjoined twins from Bayelsa, who were successfully separated in MAUTH Yola Adamawa state.
The CMD said the synergy between MAUTH and NAF is one that is of much benefit to the service to humanity as the hospital has enjoyed the oxygen plant of the NAF. Members of staff of the hospital are also enjoying the sports facilities of the NAF.
Highlights of the visit include presentation of the plaque of excellence by the NAF Commander to the CMD MAUTH Yola and group photograph.
