…A defective defection: No PCC member dumps APC for PDP in Adamawa… It’s a Fintiri-fiction, we don’t have such fictitious names as members…
The Abuja head office of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, PCC has denied that any of its members would dump APC for PDP in Adamawa state, pointing out that what was taken as news about the defection was but a funny Fintiri-fiction, born either out of defitist desperation or it is aimed at defrauding Fintiri and/or an attempt to raise the undue popularity of the governor’s political aide who aided the deceptive defectors to a courtesy call on the governor.
Sahel Reporters online has reported that some APC PCC members, led by one Bitrus Tanisha and Blessing Yola have on Tuesday dumped the party for PDP in Adamawa State.
Speaking to the Periscope Global, APC PCC official in Abuja said they “don’t have such fictitious members and that what would have made a headline was to have either of the coordinators or prominent stakeholders dumped the party; the likes of the former governor Bindow’ deputy Martins Babale, Hon Abdurrazak Sa’ad Namdas or Hon Ahmed Sajoh among others.
When former governor Bindow group described in hyperbolic tone – that the camera could not vividly capture the population, claimed to be of over 200 support groups across the state – took their master’s message to join Fintiri to defeat Binani, the citizenry would have thought that it were to be an ally of his solid allies, namely, his former cabinet members, the political appointees and the employed.
Behold, the members of the seeming anti-Binani Bindow-group would turn out for the most part, to be in opposition to the expectation.
Bindow’s cabinet and political appointees have in a press conference disassociated themselves from the antiparty display, pointing out that they remained loyal to the APC and would work assiduously to support Binani and ensure victory to the entire candidates of the party.
